*Deadline to register to vote is March 12th, 2025, for the April 8th, 2025, General Municipal Election.
(This is only for NEW registrations, if it is a change of address this can be done leading up to the election.)
You can register to vote online or in-person, you’ll find helpful information below on the ways to register.
To be eligible to register to vote, you must:
Be a citizen of the United States.
Be 18 or older on or before the General Election.
Not be a convicted felon. If you have been convicted of a felony, your civil rights must have been restored.
Not have been judged “mentally incompetent” in a court of law.

Register in Person
Registering in person is the best way to ensure that you are eligible to vote in an upcoming election. To register in-person visit one of our registration stations at the following locations.
A Missouri Secretary of State's driver’s license facility (DMV). (You can register to vote when you obtain or renew your driver’s license or state identification card at any of the license facilities.)
Randolph County Health Department
Missouri Division of Family Services
Randolph County Library
Randolph County Clerk's office.
